What is garden glass?
Our Glaskies is a recycled product made of container glass or flat glass. The glass is cut by a special process to avoid the usual sharp break edges. Hence, you can process the glass by hand without any hesitation and even walk barefoot on glass areas. Compared to standard commercial gravel there is no significantly higher risk of injury. Glaskies or Glassplitt may contain up to 5% false colours. The material contains glass dust and possibly small amounts of label residues. After installation the glass dust can be cleaned off by natural irrigation, sprinkling or hosing with water.

Which packaging units are available?
Decoration retail / wholesale: 1 kg PVC bag, 20 kg bag (partially available)
Gardening and landscaping products: 20 kg, 25 kg bags (partially available), 500 kg and 1000 kg big bags.
Garden glass or glass rocks may also be delivered in bulk quantities (full truckloads of approx. 24t only).

What are crystal glass balls?
Crystal glass balls are made from high-quality, raw glass materials.
This special glass quality ensures a better light transmittance, thus providing high colour brilliancy. This material is also used to produce precision balls with a high diameter tolerance.
The balls have an almost flawlessly smooth and polished surface finish.
Clear glass balls are suitable for lasering inside as well outsite.

Do you also supply private customers?
Our glass products offer a wide range of possible applications, i.e. in gardening and landscape design, exclusive interior design, booth construction, event planning and as roof coverings.
Of course we suply end consumer, too.

Can I get a printed catalogue?
We try to keep the costs down in order to offer you good value for money. For this reason, we don't print catalogues. However, we are always keen to inform you about all important product details on our website. That way, you are always up to date and we can inform you faster about possible product changes. Can I get product samples?
Yes, we will send you samples, if you cover the postage.
Please ask for the shipping and handling costs.
Please also specify which samples you want.
Postage can be set off against future orders.
If there are other costs arising from the amount of ordered samples, you will be notified in advance.

How to calculate material requirements?
Glass granules: Up to grain size 4-10 mm.Area (m2) x desired material height (m) x 1400 = required quantity in kg
Grain sizes of 10-20 mm, up to 40 mm require a factor of 1500 rather than 1400 for calculation.
Grain sizes of more than 4-10mm, up to 40 mm require a factor of 1650 rather than 1400 or 1500 for calculation.
Example:
Area 3m2, desired material height 3.5 cm
Calculation: 3 x 0,035 x 1400 = 147 kg
